Measure the width in three places, top, middle and bottom, and use the smallest number as your final width. That's the standard way to account for walls that aren't perfectly straight. You'll confirm the exact dimensions with us before production starts, so there's no risk of a wrong cut.
Production usually takes 10 to 15 business days once your dimensions are confirmed and payment is received, followed by delivery. Altogether, most orders arrive within 3–4 weeks of payment, and always within 28 days. You'll see the exact estimated delivery date with your order.
Yes. Every part is numbered, the joints are simple, and the assembly instructions are made for your specific piece. Most customers finish in 30 to 45 minutes.
Because each piece is built to your exact measurements, it can't be returned once production starts, that's standard for made-to-order goods. If anything is faulty, we handle it quickly and fairly.
Every order is carefully packed for transport before it ships. If something still arrives damaged, send us a photo and we'll sort it out right away.
